Glanmire Chamber of Commerce is a dynamic business network representing local business and is deeply rooted in the local community, It’s main remit is to support and promote local business in the first instance. We encourage interaction between our members who can benefit each other mutually, as customers - by being both buyers and sellers - both selling and buying from each other and through referrals and building awareness of each others’ potential, products and services.
Our motto is Shop Local – it works for everyone. When you buy from local businesses, it makes a real difference. Not only will you get first class products and outstanding experiences, but you will also be playing your part in supporting local jobs, the community and businesses. ANDREW WALKER
Chairperson
Andrew is co-owner of Beacon Business Commercial Services, a marketing and business consulting service based in Glanmire. He oversees the running of the Chamber and the roles of the committee members.
FRANCES HEGARTY
Treasurer
Frances owns her own accounting practice in Crestfield Centre. Frances looks after the finance side of the Chamber including gathering membership fees, voucher money aswell as preparing our annual accounts.
KAREN DOYLE
Secretary
Karen is owner of One Plan Financial, a financial advisory service based in Crestfield Centre. She is in charge of the minutes for our monthly executive meetings as well as general organisation of the Chamber.
JOE ORGAN
Members Officer
Joe is an Auctioneer and owner of Joe Organ Auctioneers. His office is located in Crestfield Centre, Joe is in charge of recruiting new members and organising the social events throughout the year.
CATHERINE MAHON BUCKLEY
Membership Officer
Catherine is the owner of CADA Performing Arts. Catherine assists Joe with recruitment of new members and is also highly active with our event planning.
SINEAD O'FLYNN
Social Media Officer
She runs Health 4 U in Glanmire. Sinead keeps our social media up to date and also assists with the awards and monthly events.
LOUISE MEHIGAN
Events Officer
Louise is owner of Osmax Media, a marketing agency in Glanmire. She helps organise monthly and annual events aswell as the Awards.
